Terms of Service
Sentinela Ltda (CNPJ 59.910.808/0001-59) provides the Vimo app for discovering movies and series. By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.
Account access and use
You access the app with your own account, created with email and password or linked to a Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your login. Sharing your access with unauthorized people is not allowed.
Acceptable use
The app is meant only for personal discovery and organization of movies and series. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without express permission from Sentinela Ltda.
Movie and series catalog
Titles, synopses, posters and ratings shown in the app come from TMDB (The Movie Database) and may be updated or removed at any time, without notice, depending on that source.
Intellectual property
The Vimo app, its brand and all of its elements are the exclusive property of Sentinela Ltda. Using the app does not grant you any rights to the company's intellectual property.
Availability
Sentinela Ltda works to keep the app available at all times, but is not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures (including the TMDB catalog) or events beyond its control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the app.
Ad-free subscription
The app is free with ads. The yearly ad-free subscription is charged and renewed automatically by Google Play, at the price for your country. You can cancel the renewal at any time in the Play Store, and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. On another device, use Restore in the app to get it back without being charged again.
Termination
Access to the app may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, without prejudice to any applicable legal action. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete account) or on the Delete account page. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the app.
Updates
These terms may be revised at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
